[midPoint] Midpoint Service crashing

Hello Team,

Is it possible to help with following. We are trying to test Midpoint in our test environment. The installation is completed on a windows server and the service starts and immediately stops.

The steps are followed as per link https://docs.evolveum.com/midpoint/install/bare-installation/distribution/. In the end we get below error, has anyone encountered this before?
