[midPoint] Web GUI constantly refreshing

While using the web frontend for Midpoint, I find it constantly refreshes
unprompted. Especially when I am clicking through to a different page, it
refreshes without actually navigating to the intended page. This happens
multiple times per minute, sometimes taking four clicks before navigating,
and it adds significantly to the time I spend troubleshooting and the like.
I am wondering if anyone knows what the cause might be for this behavior,
or of any potential mitigations.
