[midPoint] New MidPoint Connector for Bitwarden

Dear midPoint Community,

eBZ is proud to contribute a new midPoint connector for Bitwarden. This 
connector is built using the Bitwarden Official Restful Public API.

Development and testing were conducted on a cloud-hosted Bitwarden 
Enterprise with midpoint 4.9. We hope it will be a valuable addition for 
anyone integrating Bitwarden with midPoint.
