[midPoint] Make midpoint detect new connector versions quicker

Hi!

My approach to developing a connector is debugging midpoint and bumping my
connector version and wait for midpoint to detect the new version or
restart midpoint.

However sometimes it takes several - MANY - minutes - not sure how many -
and then I reload midpoint which is more work requiring me to wait for the
service to be ready and then log in and test.

Is there a setting that increases the detection timeout or is there a
better workflow I should adhere to?
