[midPoint] Questions about direct\indirect assignments panel

Hi all,

I am in a process of replacing default panel "all direct\indirect 
assignments" by customized  one.
Couple of questions, please, if someone know :

1. Is it possible to hide or delete some column(s) in default panel (I 
assume no)?
2. What is the proper way to calculate assignment type - direct\indirect? 
I know there are assignmentPath variable and 
ReportFunctions.generateAssignmentPathRows function but seems they are for 
other contexts - mappings and reports not for panel column definition.
