[midPoint] Is there Java Connector Server docker image?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking into the Java Connector Server as a means to separate connectors from the core midPoint processes. Evolveum's latest release seems to be 1.5.1.10 which is ~3 years old (→ https://github.com/Evolveum/ConnId/tags) while Tirasa has newer versions (→ https://connid.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BASE/pages/360458/Downloads). 

What's best to use in new deployments? Will the newer Tirasa builds work with midPoint? Are there any compatibility issues to be aware of (between different Java Connector Server versions or between Java Connector Server and individual connectors)? Is a Java Connector Server container image available somewhere?
