[midPoint] midPoint and SAP-HCM (SAP-HR, R/3, ERP, BAPI, iDocs...)

Hi Lothar,

in my deployments, customers always had their own integration of SAP HR 
data using a webservice (maybe even SOAP) interface or a database table 
view or a CSV export file.

For CSV/DB table/view you could use built-in midPoint connectors.
