[midPoint] Connector Contribution AD/SAP

Hello together,

we have two contribution proposes for the AD & SAP Connector:

SAP-Connector:

Select configurable sub-tables for generic table entries to read additional attributes from SAP

AD-Connector:

Configuration of ntSecurityDescritor syntax as binary to allow for inbound/outbound mappings on the binary data

We would be happy to get some feedback on the proposed changes.
