[midPoint] new AD resource issue

Hello Steve,

this message usually means that the account in question ("wzhao15") 
could not be classified, i.e. its kind and intent could not be determined.

This can occur if you restrict object types (defined in 
schemaHandling/objectType/delineation) and then a particular shadow does 
not fall in any delineation (of an object type).

(it's written for 4.9 but it applies to 4.8 as well). If you migrated 
from older versions of midPoint, you may use the legacy delineation that 
uses deprecated synchronization/objectSynchronization section, in 
particular with condition, like this:
