[midPoint] Recomputation Task Generating an Error

Hello all,

We recently attempted to turn on a Recomputation task in our Midpoint
solution, but we're encountering an error where the task is (correctly)
deleting a user from our Midpoint instance, but then it goes on to
attempt a recomputation event which triggers a fatal exception. Here's a
screenshot of the basic audit logs for the given user.

We've tried a number of configuration tweaks to our recomputation task but
nothing has worked yet.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
