[midPoint] Invite a user to register through midPoint

Hi Narendra,

For managed self-registration we are recommend to use invitation flow as is described in our docs  Self Registration Configuration - Self Post-Registration (or Invitation) For Existing Users in MidPoint<https://docs.evolveum.com/midpoint/reference/support-4.9/misc/self-registration/#self-post-registration-or-invitation-for-existing-users-in-midpoint>

Invitation flow could be restricted and applicable for specific kind of user triggered from notification handler when is sends invitation link just in case when the lifecycle is draft.

Is there anyway on midpoint where we can restrict and control user registrations and allow the users to register only if they have a valid midpoint invitation.
