[midPoint] Up About Create Form

Hello again.
I posted a message on your portal about this issue, which we discussed
earlier:

Please ask your colleagues to look into it, as no one has confirmed or
rejected my message. I also attached two detailed screenshots about this
and selected only those versions of Midpoint that I have worked with
myself. However, I believe the issue with the lack of an account creation
form is present in all versions. Please respond to my post, as this issue
is very important to those of us who work with IDM Midpoint, and we use it
actively.
