[midPoint] Organization Tree panel showing archived orgs as root

Hi!
Regarding Organization Tree panel (midpoint/admin/org/tree), I've noticed that the tab component displays a tab for each root organization.
 Currently, archived organizations are also appearing as root organizations within this tab component.

 From my understanding, the root organizations are retrieved in the AbstractOrgTabPanel.loadOrgRoots:160 method. The query builder uses isRoot filter, which checks if an organization lacks a parent.
 Could you clarify if this is the intended behavior? If not, I'd like to explore potential workarounds to prevent archived organizations from being displayed as root organizations in this panel.
