[midPoint] MidPoint 4.9 "Verne" and midPoint 4.8.5 released

Evolveum team is proud to announce sixtieth midPoint release 4.9 code-named "Verne". 

MidPoint 4.9 finalizes features such as shadow caching or provenance metadata, introduces outlier detection feature, brings many improvements for role mining, improved certifications UI with the emphasis on UX and configurability, and many other improvements.
