[midPoint] Change color of logout-icon

Hi,

is it possible to change the colour of the logout button?
If you use a white header it is not easy to see.

In fact, it would be great if you could set a "header text colour". There are some combinations of "skin" and "header colour" that are ... sub-optimal from a visibility point of view. But regardless of skin and header, the logout and the "three bars" are always white.
