[midPoint] Issue with Deletion of source data rows

Hi team,

I have a test system where the source connector is a csv file, and target
connector is an active directory.

Synchronization settings i have created for source is deleted > delete
focus ( i tried other combinations like deleted > delete resource object,
deleted > inactivate focus etc)

However, the user account is not getting deleted or even disabled after i
delete a row from the source system after reconciliation. Also the Active
directory object is also not getting deleted or disabled.

Is this a bug or am i missing something? Please let me know your thoughts.
