[midPoint] locale/time

Hi,

I am probably blind/incapable of searching, but how do I change locale in midpoint.
Actually, I want to get rid of that PM/AM part so I have English, but 24h time.

I cannot find/figure out how. It works fine when I change language to i.e. German.
