Hi,
you can define multiple object type definitions in one resource.
See for example: [ https://docs.evolveum.com/midpoint/reference/support-4.9/admin-gui/resource-wizard/#object-type-configuration | https://docs.evolveum.com/midpoint/reference/support-4.9/admin-gui/resource-wizard/#object-type-configuration ]
Each object type may use a different focus type. In both object types you need to define synchronization configuration, correlation, mappings etc. separately.
Best regards,
Ivan

Subject: [midPoint] A Single Authoritative Resource Mapped to Multiple Focus Types
Hello!
I would like to know if it is possible to map a resource so that it is an authoritative resource (origin) for more than one type of midPoint focus.
Example: I have an HR resource that provides the organizational structure. I would like to use it both to feed the hierarchy of Orgs (OrgType) in midPoint and to feed a list of roles (RoleType).
Is it possible to do this without having to create two distinct resources (one with <focus><type>c:OrgType</type></focus> and another with <focus><type>c:RoleType</type </focus>)?
Thanks in advance.
