[midPoint] Requestee null for simpleResourceObjectNotifier when focus is ServiceType?

Hello list,

I’m using Midpoint 4.4.9.

When writing a simpleResourceObjectNotifier with operation = add, when the focus is a ServiceType, the requestee object is always null.
This only happens for ADD operations, for MODIFY, the requestee is correctly set to the focus.
But when the focus is UserType, requestee is also set for ADD operations.

Is this a bug? 
Should I use a different notifier?
