[midPoint] Issue with Grouper connector demo

Hi team,

I am trying to run the grouper connector demo using the docker compose file
available here  -
https://spaces.at.internet2.edu/display/MID/Grouper+integration+demo

The problem is that the docker compose file is not working for either me or
my coworkers. We have tried on windows and Oracle linux machines and even
using some hacks like trying to fix the line ending interpretation but no
luck. Can someone please review the docker compose file and if possible fix
that so that we can effectively use it. We posted this issue in the slack
channel too.
