Hello,

I need to be able to look up a manager value in inbound HR data and resolve it into a the manager’s username in the IDM, and then store the value (or null/empty string if the manager is not found in the IDM).

Example:

HR record (CSV) of a new person:

Employee_number,first_name,last_name,description,manager,user_name,email_address
9876543,Joe,Bloggs,Technician,7654321,jbloggs2,Joe.Bloggs at example.com

Joe’s manager has an employee_number of 7654321, and a user_name of “aanderson3”, in the IDM.

How can I look up Joe’s manager inside the IDM and resolve this into “aanderson3”?

Any help gratefully received.

Thanks in advance.
