[midPoint] midpoint 4.4.3 - import security policy with error - Item {http://midpoint.evolveum.com/xml/ns/public/common/common-3}identifier has no definition

We have midpoint 4.4.3 with postgre DB, When import security policy with Okta IdP SSO module, encounter following error:
Item { http://midpoint.evolveum.com/xml/ns/public/common/common-3}identifier<http://midpoint.evolveum.com/xml/ns/public/common/common-3%7didentifier> has no definition
How to solve this issue?
