[midPoint] Jira Integration

That sounds like a two-way integration, where Jira will need to send a call back to midpoint’s api to advise that the job is done. That’s how I would do it anyway. Are you wanting to do this for Auditing purposes or are there tasks associated with these roles that midpoint cannot complete natively through a connector? If it’s just auditing, I’d probably just make midpoint create a Jira ticket that had a special workflow associated with it to simply close it straight after being opened.

I am looking for a way/idea/solution to integrate Jira into midpoint.

I know there is a Jira Connector available, but this is no what I am be looking for.



I am looking for a way to…

  *   Request a Role in midpoint
  *   This role will create a ticket in Jira
  *   A Jira User will solve this Ticket
  *   When the Ticket is solved in Jira, the Role will be assigned to the user
  *   The Ticket can be closed
