Thanks for the reply.
The audit report didn’t show much more than the error log. The cause of the error is still unclear, but I managed to fix it by going back to a previous version.
I didn’t use audit report before. Thanks to you, I find it very useful for many other tasks!!

resultStatus shows that a fatal error has happened. Probably, the audit report can tell something useful.

I tried to create AD accounts from midpoint. There is no error in midpoint but the created shadow shows <pendingOperation>
But there is no issue with test connection in AD resource or view any existing AD projection (i.e., AD is up and can be connected).
Any idea what happened?
