[midPoint] Midpoint Alpine 4.4.4

This is already documented - you will need to publish midpoint behind a web proxy, like nginx, or Apache2. We actually publish ours through an Azure AD App Proxy, which also allows us to do SSO.

The midpoint doco also explains why the product doesn’t natively bind to port 443.
