[midPoint] Inducements to sub-orgs

Hello,
Is there any possibility "out-of-the-box" to inherit inducements in 
Organization tree? ex:

ROOT -> LOCA -> SUBLOCA_1
              -> SUBLOCA_2
      -> LOCB -> SUBLOCB_1
-> SUBLOCB_2

I want to make some "general" inducements ON "LOCA" that will apply to 
Users both in SUBLOCA_1 and SUBLOCA_2.
