[midPoint] How to fix bulk actions not being bulk? + dryRun

You're welcome. The demo uses v4.4.3devel-7-g86d05d5828 that is a couple 
of months before that particular fix.

It is best to download and use the most up-to-date version. (Although 
there are currently some issues publishing to our nexus.)

Anyway, 4.4.3 will be released soon.
