[midPoint] PR for midpoint book

Hi Radovan,

Any update on the topic of updating Midpoint Book sources ?
I sent you a diff for the HTML version of the book but it's definitely not
a sustainable way of managing updates (these updates will probably have to
be manually applied to the .adoc files at some point).
