[midPoint] Stalled task threshold configuration

Hi all,

Is there a way to maintain the constant "STALLED_TASKS_THRESHOLD_CONFIG_ENTRY" via the web UI? I found the constant in the  "TaskManagerConfiguration" and if it is not maintained, a default value is used. Does anyone have a hint for me?
