[midPoint] Regarding bundling Midpoint from source

Hi all,
I am trying to bundle Midpoint 4.5 and getting the error 'annotation-3.xsd'
not found. I tried with the Midpoint 4.6 version and followed this
<https://docs.evolveum.com/midpoint/tools/intellij-idea/>documentation and
was able to build successfully. I tried with Intellij and without Intellij
with CMD and had the same problem.
How should I fix the error in version 4.5?
