[midPoint] Policy and password set

Hi,
When an employee is terminated he moves to Dismissed org where the org
policy (resource construction for DN attribute) moves his AD account to
specific OU (OU=Dismissed). In the policy I can change an AD attribute.
But, it looks like I can't change its password - there is no credentials
tag.
But, if I'd like to change the ad password during termination to an unknown
value, how can I implement this?
Could you explain some best practice?
