[midPoint] Eclipse Error

Hi Pavol,

My pom.xml was ok although the issue was related to it. I think I have
never refreshed the pom's dependencies on the Intellij. I didn't realized
that it takes the DTD from the Maven dependencies. After doing the refresh
it started working as expected.
