[midPoint] Midpoint : AD inactive users cleaning , Is this possible to do a bulk deletion with midpoint based on a list of users

good morning all

For an audit ,I need to delete around 4000 inactive users, i have those users ina  cvs file, and i'm searching a way to delete all those users within midpoint.
I tried to do delete 300 users it from AD, thinking that the reconciliation may help , but it didn't delete them from midpoint user list after reconciliation, even if i put in the ressource settings

the users that i deleted from AD have now their AD projections seen as dead shadow  (red cross)
So my question is: 
Is this possible to do a bulk deletion with midpoint based on a list of users ?
and if yes , can you explain me how ?
