[midPoint] Prism project separation

Dear midPoint community, 

As part of midPoint 4.4 development, we moved Prism and other utility (util, test-ng) components to separate repository available at: [ https://github.com/Evolveum/prism | https://github.com/Evolveum/prism ] 

If you are using midPoint as is, without code customizations you will be unaffected by this change. 

If you are developing your customizations, using prism-api, prism-impl, util, test-ng, prism-maven-plugin schema-dist-maven-plugin or xjc-plugin please consult migration notes available at:
