[midPoint] Organizational structure import

Hello everyone,
I am a newbie in midpoint.
Could you please advise me right shortest way how to create
organizational structure for my specific case:
The customer is only planning to deploy an HR system. Only a source of
primary data is AD. AD has quite good organizational structure which can be
used to start.
So my understanding is to import organizationalUnit hierarchy from ad and
start using it as a baseline. After import midpoint becomes a source for
organization structure in AD via provisioning, any handmade direct changes
in organizational structure in AD are forbidden.
Should I set up trusted reconciliation from AD for this one time import or
is there any better approach? Probably task implementation?
