[midPoint] MidPoint 4.0.4 "Gutenberg" Update 4 released

Dear midPoint community,

Evolveum team is proud to announce the release of midPoint version 4.0.4.

Release 4.0.4 is a thirty-eight midPoint release. It is fourth 
maintenance update for 4.0.x version family code-named code-named 
Gutenberg. The 4.0.x is a long-term support (LTS) version family. The 
4.0.4 release brings bugfixes and improvements for upgrade to 4.4 LTS.
