[midPoint] Gitlab connector bad performance

Hey guys! How are you?

I performed the implementation, in production, of the connector "connector-gitlab-rest" with the latest version available on Github (https://github.com/Evolveum/connector-gitlab-rest), as it needs the implementation of the https protocol for the endpoint. During tests in a small environment, the connector was quick to get the information and apply changes. In my production environment, I'm having terrible performance problems, where you can check the image (https://s3.amazonaws.com/gerencianet-pub-prod-1/printscreen/2021/12/13/vitor.alves /fe71c0-e984bce8-a67d-4b1f-b5ad-152aad96a76a.png) the run is still running after 1,224 seconds.

Has anyone in the community experienced anything like this? I ask, because in my searches I didn't find anything that could help in this case. I would like to know how to improve the connection performance of midPoint with Gitlab, either increasing the configuration of active connections, scaling, among others.
