[midPoint] Compound identifier Q

Hello everyone,
I need to use a concatenation of some CSV resource attributes as a primary
identifier.
Could you help me and provide some best practises on this?

Among others I have String attributes FN, LN, MN and BD attributes which
can represent compound ID together.

How and where can I declare this compound id?
PS: I can't influence on CSV representation.
