[midPoint] Midpoint 4.0.1 - Issue when using view for cases

Loïc hi, 
I tried your issue with midpoint from the support-4.0 branch (v4.0.2-176-g953841a) and it works fine for me. 
Do you expect to see new button for your collection? Or did you mean menu item? (by the way there is no screenshot attached to the letter as you mentioned) 
After collection view is configured, new menu item should be displayed in the left menu bar under Cases item. As I understood from your letter, you see new menu item named “Operation request” , this is probably the name of your ObjectCollectionType 
object. 
May be the reason why the table on the page is empty (after Operation request menu item is selected), is the wrong configured filter (i mean the filter which is configured in ObjectCollectionType object), please, see your logs, if any error is there. 
Or may be there is actually no object that matches the filter.

Today I tried to use views in order allow an admin to display cases filtered. (Especially by role target) 

I created an object collection that give me cases filtered but the role Sadly I have issue when configuring the view. 



A I should do with UserType I tried the following:

Sadly It doesn’t work as it would for user. 
Rather than having new button for my collection I have a button named “Operation request” (As you can see in the screenshot) and when I click on it I have an empty list. ( The column are the same as for the cases list) 



Is this functionality not working for cases or am I wrong somewhere?
