[midPoint] Issue Importing Users

Hi Jenna,

I'm almost 100% sure that your attributes with inbound mappings have
tolerant=false.

midPoint tries to remove the (source system) attribute values as it does
not tolerant any.

You should not need to use tolerant=false for attributes with inbound
mappings only.
