[midPoint] History tab in GUI is insanely slow

Regarding this,
To help others that may find this message inthe future:

Just found this issue: https://jira.evolveum.com/browse/MID-6232

Fixed by adding an index to database:

CREATE INDEX iAuditEventRecordEStageTOid
  ON m_audit_event (eventStage, targetOid);
