[midPoint] 500 Error - Can't instantiate forgetpassword.PageShowPassword()

Hello Rod,

I am not an expert in this area, but as far as I know, this 
functionality should basically work in 4.0.x. (Note that password reset 
via security questions was a contributed code.)

But, unfortunately, I cannot help you with your specific problem.
