[midPoint] Resources: authorization

this is model-only authorization, you also need GUI authorization to
access the specific page.

I would expect that you need at least these GUI authz:

http://midpoint.evolveum.com/xml/ns/public/security/authorization-ui-3#resources

http://midpoint.evolveum.com/xml/ns/public/security/authorization-ui-3#resourceWizard

http://midpoint.evolveum.com/xml/ns/public/security/authorization-ui-3#resourceDetails

But I have never done this combination so you need to try.
The above mentioned page also contains the other GUI related
authorizations for Resource.
