[midPoint] User password expiration notifications

Hi Vladislavs,

all schema files seem to be part of the source code, the UserType is right
here

https://github.com/Evolveum/midpoint/blob/master/infra/schema/src/main/resources/xml/ns/public/common/common-core-3.xsd

and the rest is somewhere nearby in
http://midpoint/infra/schema/src/main/resources/xml/ns/

I check these all the time for reference.
