[midPoint] Midpoint and Gluu Server SAML integration

Hi Zico

Did you set up midpoint for SAML authentication?
I am also trying to set up my midpoint lab with okta saml.
I need to inform the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL on okta, but I
don't know where to get this information in the midpoint.
How did you do in your installation?
