[midPoint] Change user password if one resource (projection) is offline is impossible

Hello!

We have some kind of MidPoint issue (v3.9).

If an user is changing his password (in the midPoint GUI) and one of the resources (projection) is offline,
MidPoint gives an error and password change is impossilble.

Can I change this behavior somehow?

The perfect way is to:

a) Save this step as "undone" an try finishing it later (eg. during reconciliation),
    or if this is too much for mP...
b) Omit the offline resource and go further, give the user a warning: "Resource XXX was unavailable, password not changed there".
