[midPoint] Case management user interface in midPoint 4.0

Hello,

There are many improvements in MidPoint 4.0. And one of the biggest 
changes in user interface is completely new "case management" user 
interface. This is something that was needed for a long time. But as we 
have replaced workflow with case management, it was finally the time to 
do systematic rewrite of case management UI.

The development of new case management UI is now done. The result is on 
master branch. However, it is not yet completely tested. And in fact we 
do not even know how to test it completely, as there are many "wild" use 
cases in the community. What I mean is that the case management was 
never official part of midPoint UI, it was a mix of unfinished and 
contributed functionality. But now we do have a nice UI that is aligned 
with the rest of midPoint. It is time to test it.

Now it is the right time to join the testing effort for case management 
UI. Especially for all of you that worked with the case management UI in 
the past. Please test your usecases using the most recent build from 
master branch. We will try to fix all the bugs and maybe even improve 
the UI as long as the improvement ideas are reasonable and feasible.
