[midPoint] inducement issue after upgrade from 3.4 to 3.7.2

I have the same issue as noted earlier, and its strange. When the account
is created from the resource, it seems like everything stops like the
below. The default template is not processed, as this account should have 5
more assignments. It takes 2 reconciles for it to eventually create in all
the resources. The first recon adds the remaining assignments which
includes the service types that induces the projections but still it does
not create them. The 2nd recon actually create the projections.. The
projection listed is the resource the user came from. I have compared my
roles/services to many others on the list and nothing seems to be different.

See attached, these 2 assignments do not even show on user object but they
are listed as 'Direct'. The user xml also does not have anything listed.

I am using the same objects basically from 3.4

Any see something similar as they upgraded from past versions?
