[midPoint] Results of midPoint survey

Hi,

Not really. There are too many questions*. That would mean too many 
charts which means too much work. But if you think that it would be 
interesting to have charts for a few questions in particular, I can do 
that. Just let me know which questions seems to be interesting.

*) In the hindsight, this one long survey was perhaps not the best idea. 
It would be better to have several smaller surveys distributed in time. 
But I just could not resist. Also, there is a lot of crucial decisions 
that we have to do in the next months. And it much much easier to do 
that now as we have at least some data.
