[midPoint] projection account fatal error

Dear all,

Due to some reason, midpoint fail to update / create the resource account, 
it will marked 'FATAL ERROR' in projection tab of the user.


Midpoint said, it will retry the operation, I would like to know how to 
correct the 'fatal error' or how to manual trigger midpoint to retry the 
operation?

I would like to know any doc have been written for 'fatal error' in 
evolveum wiki?
